The predecessor to our Parent Company was the first domestic manufacturer of heavy trucks and built China’s first heavy truck in 1960. We specialize in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of heavy trucks and related key parts and components. Our principal products have more than a dozen of series that include HOWO A7, HOWO, Sitaier King, New Huanghe, Golden Prince, Haoyun, Haohan and so on. Over 3000 models of trucks make our company the most complete coverage of driving types and HPS ranges in domestic heavy truck industry. Our products service a wide range of customers from all major industries that utilize heavy trucks, including infrastructure, construction, container transportation, logistics, mining, steel and chemical industries. In 2009 the only national heavy truck engineering technology research center settled in Sinotruk. More than that, the company has the most patterns in all domestic automotive industry and set up 24 industry standards for domestic heavy truck industry.
We are one of few heavy truck manufactures in China that have the ability to also produce heavy truck engines. We currently produce substantially all the engines, cabs, axles, gearboxes, frames and other key components are developed and made by ourselves to ensure the best quality and the matching among main assemblies.
We have an extensive sales and service network in China. The market network covers all domestic provinces to provide with support for the increase of the sales volume. As China’s economic structure is optimized and national road network is perfected continuously, our sales volume of heavy truck and market share will increase further. In recent years, we have made a big progress in expansion of overseas market. Our products have been sold to approximately 100 countries and regions. We have more than a hundred dealers in over 60 countries. We help our dealer to set up the spare parts centers and after sales network. We have built up five CKD facilities overseas through cooperation with local manufactures. We have been listed the top company for years in both export volume and export benefit. The target of the company and its parent company are as follows: to build a commercial vehicle company of million units capacity; the sales income reach 200billion RMB Yuan by the end of the twelfth five year develop plan; the quality of heavy trucks match the world top level; main products line expand to heavy truck oriented, with all commercial vehicle series of medium trucks, light trucks, buses and coaches, special vehicles and mining vehicles, to build the company into a"world well-known heavy truck manufacturing base which is displaceable in China”.
